Beans, the plural of bean seed
is an edible legume that has been proved to contain protein unlike rice and
other staples. But despite its protein content,
many families do not like to eat or include it in their menu list. So I tried to find out why people especially children
do not like to eat beans despite its nutritional value and the fact that it is
one of the healthiest food recipes a person can have.
In my investigation therefore,
I was able to find out that the traditional method of cooking beans (putting it
on the fire, adding oil, pepper and salt) is the reason why so many people hate
eating beans.
