4 Signs You Need To Leave That Job

We all are aware of the high rate of unemployment and the unfavorable economy almost everywhere.  We even know the importance of doing everything within our power to keep our jobs if we are lucky enough to find one, but then sticking our neck out for a job that does not bring happiness and fulfillment does not make sense.  It amounts to wasting part of the time you should have used to build your self up.  The following 4 signs are part of what you need to know it is time to quit that job:

1.   You Seriously Find it Unexciting Going to Work:  While it is normal to get bored on the job every now and then, forcing yourself to go to work everyday is a sign that you are not happy with the job you are doing.  Being unhappy at work brings unproductivity and as a result you can be fired.  When you no longer enjoy your job continuously for two to three months, know that it is time to start looking for another work where you can be happy and productive.

2.   You Fantasize Being Something Else:  It is possible all your life, you had wanted to be an Entrepreneur, but because of lack of finance you find yourself being employed in a job that hardly pays your bill.  The truth is that you can never give hundred percent in that job, why do you want move away from your ambition, you need to have a plan to make your dream come through.

3.   You Get on Your Boss’s Nerves:  Every employer has a way of showing dissatisfaction on an employee.  Some will fire you straight away while others will find everything you do irritating.  If you find out your boss all of a sudden does not appreciate your work anymore and nags on everything you do threatening to sack you, it is a sign that you are no longer wanted in that job, it is also a signal that you will soon be kicked off.  Make a move before you are fired.

4.   Everyone is Raised Except You:  Whenever there is promotion or a raise in wages and salaries, you are not included and there is no good reason for leaving you behind, know that you are not valued and your work does not worth anything to your employer.  You need to start looking for a place where you will be appreciated.  Do not waste your time patching up in a place where you will end up with no benefit or added value.  A stitch in time they say saves nine!
