I have this amazing revelation to give to you if you are 40 years and above concerning beverage drinks.  I say 40 because at this age I presume you are already a mum or a dad and would have the understanding of what health problem is. Okay!

Before you hit age 40, you hardly understand or believe that one could have health issues and probably do not mind what you eat.  For example, when you talk to the younger ones on the dangers of eating sweet things particularly sugary drinks, they wave you aside.

I have however discovered that health problems do set in from this period of one’s life time and what you eat determines how healthy you will be.  If you eat and drink healthy food and drinks, you will be healthy but if you decide to eat junks, unhealthy foods and wash them down with sugary and cholesterol filled drinks, you will become sick and eventually die early.

Stillbirths do occur at different stages of pregnancy, some babies die in the stomach after about 28 weeks, while others may occur during labor and child birth. When it occurs earlier it will be regarded as a miscarriage.

Don’t Keep Urine in Your Bladder.

Keeping urine in your bladder for too long or excreta in your bowl is a very bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine re-fluxes back to the urethra and kidneys, the toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and then nephritis, and even uremia. When nature calls – do it as soon as possible.

Don’t Eat Too Much Salt (Sodium).

You should eat no more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.  Most of the foods we consume already have salt in them, so if you already have diabetes and or High Blood Pressure, do not add more salt to your food. Eating too much salt will raise your blood pressure which will affect your kidney.  Not eating salt at all is not the best, so do it in moderation to avoid the dangers of both ways.

Lemon and Its Many Uses

Lemon is in the class of Citrus and one of the most multipurpose fruits on earth.  It is found everywhere and very affordable. This common fruit can be useful in the following ways:

As Disinfectant:  Lemon juice is very acidic and can be used as a natural disinfectant.  Its scent is good for humans but very uncomfortable to pests.


Preservative:  Pour some quantities of Lemon juice on your food for preservation.  Use it to replace chemically based ingredients in preserving your food.  You can also use it to cleanse your meat or fish.

Kitchen & Home Cleaning:  Lemon juice can be used to clean your kitchen utensil.  It is perfect for eliminating odor and bacteria.  Cut a lemon in 2 halves.  Use each half to scrub your cutting buds and other wooden products.  Leave it on for at least 10 minutes and rinse with clean water.  The result will be amazing.

Apart from the household uses of this wonderful fruit, lemon is also used for health issues:

Elimination of Body Fats:
  Drinking of lemon juice daily will help eliminate the fats in the body especially belly fats.  Cut 2 or 3 lemons into 2 halves and squeeze out the water into a glass and add a little water.  Drink it in the morning and night to achieve good results.  You can also use this method to reduce stomach and menstrual pains.

Cure for Pimples and Acne: 
  Rub lemon juice on the affected parts to clear the pimples and other blemishes especially on your face.

Avoid Skin Bleaching:  Many people especially women think that bleaching the skin will make them look younger.  Using harsh and dangerous chemicals will not only damage your skin, it will actually make you look much older than you should be.  As you age, use mild soap and moisturizing cream.  This will help keep your skin soft and young.

Eat More Natural Foods:  Twenty five percent of people admit that they do not eat natural foods; they depend heavily on processed ones.  This is a major mistake because when you miss these natural foods, you are actually missing out all the anti ageing nutrients that are contained in Natural foods.

Avoid Sugar Content Foods:  Sugar is a skin wrecker and the chief cause of all terminal diseases. Look for alternatives like honey, agave, brown rice syrup, fruit juice concentrate, evaporated can juice.  Some things that sound really innocent are actually sugar, and your body processes all sugar the same way.

Don’t Skip meals:  Apart from times when you perform the spiritual exercise of Fasting, make sure you have your breakfast even if you are not hungry in the morning.  It is just something to get your metabolism revved up.  Many people make the mistake of skipping breakfast because they think they are saving calories, but they just end up eating more calories later to compensate.

Snack Tactically:  If snacking is a must to you, snack on something that has fiber and protein because these are things that actually help curb your appetite.

Avoid Liquid Calories:  Your body does not record liquid calories, so it’s basically like you have not eaten.  For example, a glass of orange juice has about twice as many calories as an orange but no fiber, and that is the part that fills you up.
